Mobile Kranti provides instant access to premium digital portfolios, social media tools, and a robust business dashboard. Therefore, the activation or upgrade amount for any of our business nodes is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the ID is active.
For any physical goods or daily need products purchased through the Mobile Kranti Merchant Shopping Portal, a 7-Day Return & Refund Policy applies. This is strictly in accordance with Government of India consumer guidelines. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and subject to the specific merchant's terms.
If a payment is deducted from your bank account but your ID remains inactive (or the shopping order fails) due to a technical/gateway error, do not panic. The amount will be automatically reversed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 working days by the banking system.
For any payment disputes, double deductions, or merchant-related refund claims, members must raise a support ticket directly from their dashboard or email our corporate billing team at support@mobilekranti.com along with valid transaction proofs (UTR/Reference Number).
